The provision of high quality security services is based our professional Security Officers who are carefully screened for employment, assessed for each assigned position, fully bonded and licensed under the Private Investigators and Security Guards Act.

Orientation and Training

Training of staff is a Lormar priority, before and after deployment and includes:

• Law (Powers of Arrest, Criminal Code, Trespass Act, etc)
• Report Writing
• Security Procedures (Patrol, Post Duties, Emergencies)
• Public Relations/Conflict Management
• Court Procedures and Rules of Evidence

"On-site" training compliments formal training with practical exposure to established site routines, equipment and assignment requirements through our mentoring program using senior security staff..

24 Hour Support

Supervisor staff are responsible for providing on-going training, emergency support and on-site liason, as well as monitoring the performance of staff. Supervisors are empowered to take any action(s) necessary to ensure a client's requirements are maintained at all times.

Lormar is a 24-hour Dispatch/Communications operation which is in direct communication with supervisory and management staff.
