The resident's of todays prestigious Condominiums and Rental buildings have high expectations for service and low tolerance for problems. Property Management, often only available for limited hours, requires support for daily operations, routine problem resolution and handling of emergencies to ensure the desired service levels are maintained 24 hours a day.


 

Concierge Staff

The role of the Concierge is fundamentally different from that of the conventional security officer. Yes, they provide "eyes" on the activities within a building, however, the context is different. The Concierge is a facilitator who's function is to address the needs of residents, guests and management.

The Concierge's desk becomes a building's focal point for daily activities, and a command centre for emergencies should they occur. The Concierge's activities may include: the receipt of parcels for residents, booking of amenity rooms, key control for trades, resolving minor buidling problems, or responding to fire, medical or other emergencies.

 


The Concierge function is an option that can address both the expectations of residents and support the requirements of the corporation, in a cost effective manner.
